Swish supports two ways to sign in:

Solana Wallet

Connect any Solana wallet — Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or the built-in Seeker wallet.

X (Twitter)

Sign in with your X account. Swish automatically creates an embedded Solana wallet for you.

Connecting a wallet

  1. Go to swish.cash
  2. Click Connect Wallet
  3. Select your wallet from the list
  4. Approve the connection in your wallet

Signing in with X

  1. Go to swish.cash
  2. Click Connect Wallet
  3. Select Sign in with X
  4. Authorize Swish in the X login popup
  5. An embedded Solana wallet is automatically created for you — you can export its private key at any time

Sign the session message

After connecting, you’ll be asked to sign a one-time message to establish your session. This signature is used to derive your encryption keys for private transactions — it’s not a transaction and costs nothing.
If you signed in with X, this step is required before you can send or receive. A prompt will appear automatically.

Add funds to your wallet

Before you can send payments, you’ll need USDC or SOL in your wallet. There’s no separate Swish balance to top up — you’re funding your own wallet, and Swish never takes hold of it. You can:
  • Send USDC or SOL directly to your wallet address (see Deposit)
  • Transfer from another wallet — send USDC or SOL on Solana to that same address
If you connected an external wallet (Seeker, Phantom, Solflare, etc.), your wallet address in Swish is the same one you connected with. If you signed in with X, Swish created an embedded wallet for you at sign-in — send funds to that address, and you can export its private key whenever you want.
You’ll need a small amount of SOL for transaction fees. Most Swish transactions require only fractions of a cent in SOL.
  • Home screen — Enter an amount, then tap Send or Request
  • Profile — View your wallet, balances, transaction history, and settings
  • Activity — See all your past transactions and their status in the Activity tab on your profile
